5/22/15: Please welcome Brentley! Brentley’s owners no longer wanted to take care of her so they surrendered her to their local shelter in NC. After she was vaccinated one of the shelter volunteers set up her up in a foster home where she has been for the past few weeks. She appears to be healthy and already spayed. She will be traveling from NC to GA tomorrow with Roger and Cristi. She is two years old. We are told she loves playing with other dogs and kids. We do not know if she likes cats.
Update 5/23/15: Brentley had a sleep over with Roger and Crisit last night and is now at our vet office. Cristi says she is very people motivated and wants to talk to everyone. She is super duper sweet and sits for attention. But she needs some manners, she jumps, and furniture does not post any obstacle! She was also not a fan of being separated from the other dogs in the house. She would do great in a home with a fenced yard that she can enjoy when the weather is just right.
Update 6/2/15: Brentley moved into her foster home. So far so good with her foster brother and sister. Brentley does have a ton of energy and seems to always be super excited! She knows sit and shake. And she has a very long tongue!
Update 10/30/15: The more time Brentley spends living with other dogs the more she acts like she doesn’t like them. She will be moving into a dog free foster home and we think she will be happier as an only dog.
Update 11/7/15: Brentley is now in a dog free foster home and is much happier. She doesn’t hate other dogs but she doesn’t want to live with them!
Update 12/14/16: Brentley has been adopted by her foster mom! Congrats Brentley and Tammi!
January 26, 2022 – Brentley crossed over the Rainbow Bridge today. Please keep her family in your thoughts.
