6/3/14: Please welcome Sesame! She was left at a shelter in Tuscaloosa, AL by her owner because they no longer wanted her. She was covered in fleas, she was not spayed and she has some skin, ear and eye issues. One of the shelter workers took her to her house for the night while they secured rescue for her. With the help of Alicia and Angela she made her way to Dr. Rush’s and is not in our care. We are treating her skin, ear and eye issues and she was spayed and has cherry eye surgery last week. She is four years old. We are told she likes dogs and kids but we do not know if she likes children. She will be ready for adoption in two weeks after she has her spay stitches removed.
Update 6/19/14: Sesame was adopted by Huey and Anne! Pearlie would be so happy knowing they opened their hearts to a new bully in need. Congrats Sesame, Huey and Anne!
