9/24/21 – Please welcome Savanna! She was picked up by animal control and turned over to our rescue once her stray hold was up. She was found with another female dog. She needs to have an exam, vaccinations, and surgery. Once she recovers from surgery, she will undergo heartworm treatment over a 3 ½ week period. She has also been diagnosed with dry eye and will be on prescription eye drops for life.
9/27/21 – Savanna had surgery today and all went well. She was spayed, had her palate shortened, her saccules removed, her nares widened, and her cherry eyes tacked down.
10/5/21 – Savanna started her heartworm treatment today.
10/29/21 – Savanna completed her heartworm treatment and has been cleared for adoption.
11/30/21 – Savanna has been adopted. Congrats Savanna and Chris!
