8/25/22 – Please welcome Mush Mush! Mush Mush was turned over to her by her owner because of a heart murmur. She is 5 months old. She will see the cardiologist in a few weeks so we can determine what care and surgery she will need.
10/10/22 – Mush Mush saw the cardiologist today and was diagnosed with pulmonary valve stenosis and ventricular septal defect. She is now on atenolol heart medication and we will monitory her for now and see the cardiologist again in two months.
12/15/22 – Mush Mush had her follow up with the cardiologist today and things are going well. Heart surgery is not recommended for her. We will continue to monitor her heart and she will have another echo in 6 months and yearly after that.
3/7/23 – Mush Mush had surpery today and all went well. She was spayed, had her palate shortened, an abdominal hernia repaired and her cherry eyes tacked down.
9/27/23 – Mush Mush had to have her hernia repaired again by the specialist this time. All went well!
10/26/23 – Mush Mush has been adopted. Congratulation Mush Mush, Cara and Jason!
