Murph – August 7th, 2019

7/19/13: Please welcome Murph! He arrived at Riverside Animal Hospital a little bit ago from a shelter in TN. He was picked up as a stray. The shelter found his microchip number and tracked it down to a manufacture in Hungary. They contacted all of the chip companies in multiple countries but his owners never registered it so they had no way of contacting them. The shelter even put him on the local news hoping his owners would come forward. He is with us now and he is safe. And his chip will be registered immediately!

He is two years old, neutered, up to date on his shots and heart worm negative. We do not know if he likes dogs, cats or kids. He will spend two weeks in shelter quarantine then move to a foster home. His bullie taxi Lee and Joseph both says he is sweet and rides well in the car. Thank you Lee and Joseph for getting him to safety today.

Update 8/2/13: Murph got released from the vet.  He has an ear infection and an infected nose rope but we are treating both.  He got to spend the weekend with GEBR alum Paisley and her family but moved to his foster home on Tuesday.  If he decides he does not mind sharing the house with the cat then his foster parents will be adopting him.

Update 8/26/13: Murch has been adopted by his foster family!  Congrats Murph and Morgan family!

August 7, 2019:  Murph crossed over the rainbow bridge today.  Please keep his family in your thoughts.
