Please welcome Marley to GEBR. Marley was abandoned by his owner! Luckily for Marley some family members took him in. Unfortunately they can not afford keep him or get him the proper vet care that he needs. He is at our vet right now getting checked out and up to date on his shots. He is 5 years old, already neutered and likes other dogs. He has not been on flea or heartworm preventative so keep your fingers crossed that he is heartworm negative. More pictures will be added to his album later this week once he is moved to his foster home.
Update 9/22/11: Marley is heartworm negative! He is now up to date on shots and on flea and heartworm preventative. He is healthy and his skin and fur look great. He went to his foster home yesterday. He will be hanging with two little pugs while we search for his forever home. As you can see from the photos he has a rather large under bite and his tongue is always hanging out just a little. But he does not mind using that tongue to give you kisses! And he LOVES bully rubs. If you reach out and touch him he will drop to the floor and roll over so you can rub him.
Update 1/28/12: Marley has been adopted!
April 21, 2018: Marley crossed over the rainbow bridge today. Please keep his family in your thoughts.
