8/20/16: Please welcome Forrest! He was picked up as a stray by animal control and taken to a high kill shelter in Augusta. Luckily a local rescue pulled him to save his life then contacted us to see if we could take him in. He was in our hands the next morning! He needs to be neutered and he needs to have his cherry eyes repaired. Once he recovers from surgery he will begin heartworm treatment.
He is five years old. At this time we do not know if he likes dogs, cats or children.
Update 8/22/16: Forrest had his surgery today and all went well. He will begin his heartworm treatment in 7-10 days.
He will be available for adoption once he completes his heartworm treatment.
Update 10/3/16: Forrest has completed his heartworm treatment and will be moving in with his new family in a few weeks.
Update 10/22/16: Forrest has been adopted! Congrats Forrest and Willard family!
April 20, 2020 – Wrigley, formally known as Forrest, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge today. Please keep his family in your thoughts.
