1/13/17: Please welcome Gingerbread! She joins us from Macon-Bibb Animal Welfare. Her owners moved out of the house and left her behind but a kind neighbor got her to the shelter for help and the shelter turned her over to us. Thank you Cindy Johnson for getting her from the shelter to the vet safely.
We are treating a double ear infection as well as a nasal fold infection. She will move into her foster home after she spends ten days in shelter quarantine.
She is five years old. We have seen her around a younger dog and a young child briefly and she seemed to enjoy both of them. We do not know if she likes cats.
Update 2/5/17: We are treating Gingerbread for a UTI. The culture did show crystals in her urine so we are planning an ultrasound for next week to be sure she does not have bladder stones. She will be spayed next week.
Update 5/5/17: Gingerbread has been adopted by her foster family. Congrats Gingerbread and Rodriguez family!
October 9, 2020: Ginny (formally known as Gingerbread) crossed over the rainbow bridge today. Please keep her family in your thoughts.
Rest In Peace Ginny
