1/6/22 – Please welcome Starla! Starla’s owner is facing some health issues and asked us to help Starla, and four of her other dogs, to find new homes. She is now up to date on all of her vaccinations, and we are treating a skin infection and ear infection. She has been diagnosed with dry eye and will need prescription eye drops for life.
1/10/22 – Starla had pyometra and was spayed today. She also had her palate shortened and her saccules removed. We are still treating an ear infection, but her ear canal is closed off and calcified so she will be seeing the specialist soon for a consultation for TECA surgery.
June 22, 2022 – Starla passed away last night on the way to the emergency clinic. We believe she dies of a heart attack. Please keep her foster family in your thoughts.
