8/24/21 – Please welcome Peanut Butter! He joins us from Dekalb County Animal Control. He was picked up as stray and was able to join our rescue when no one came looking for him. We are treating him for an upper respiratory infection. We will move forward with surgery once that has cleared up.
8/31/21 – Peanut Butter had surgery today and all went well! He was neutered, had his palate shortened, his saccules removed, is nares widened, his teeth cleaned, two decaying teeth pulled, and entropion surgery on his right lower eye lid. He will have a few days of strict crate rest then move into his foster home.
9/29/21 – Peanut Butter is fully recovered from surgery and cleared for adoption. He loves to be with his people and enjoys other dogs. He prefers to get all the attention but isn’t aggressive about it; he just passively inserts himself and pushes the other dog away.
11/10/21 – Peanut Butter has been adopted. Congrats Peanut Butter and Brooke!
