4/27/23– Please welcome Peachy! Peachy’s owner is no longer able to care for her so she asked us to find her a new home. She needs to have surgery and be treated for heartworms.
4/28/23 – We attended to do Peach spay surgery today but her oxygen levels dropped under anesthesia.
5/2/23 – We discovered through an ultrasound that Peachy has a blood clot. We are going to treat for a few weeks and readdress surgery at a later time.
6/1/23 – Peachy had surgery today and all went well! She was spayed and had her nares widened. She will begin her fast kill heartworm treatment in a few weeks when she recovers from surgery.
6/22/23 – Peachy started her heartworm treatment today.
7/19/23 – Peachy completed her heartworm treatment today.
7/20/23 – Peachy has been adopted. Congrats Peachy and Williams family!
