11/15/22 – Please welcome Millie Pete! She was picked up as a stray and turned over to us by the shelter. She has a severe tail pocket infection along with a severe ear infection. We started treatment for both infections and she will be having surgery soon.
11/23/22 – Millie Pete has surgery today and all went well! The vet could not find a uterus so she was obviously spayed aloready. She had her teeth cleaned with five teeth extracted, she had her palate shortened, her saccules removed and her tail amputated. She will see the vet again in two weeks to have her stitches removed and have her ear infections checked.
12/6/22 – Millie Pete’s ear infection has cleared up and she is now ready for adoption. Her foster mom is working on potty training her.
4/29/23 – Millie Pete is doing great in her foster home but still searching for the perfect forever home!
6/12/23 – Unfortunately we discovered today that Millie Pete has two large inoperable masses. We will keep her happy and comfortable for as long we can then help her cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Please keep her foster family in your thoughts.
