8/4/23 – Please welcome Maxine! She was picked up as a stray and turned over to us by the shelter. She is underweight, has an ear infection, a skin infection, mild case of mange, and a nasty respiratory infection that she picked up at the shelter. Once that clears up she will have surgery.
8/28/23 – Maxine had surgery today and all went well. She was spayed, had her palate shortened, her tonsils removed and entropion surgery on both lower eye lids.
10/16/23 – Maxine has been adopted! Congrats Maxine and Victoria!

likes cats: sometimes she chases the cats in her foster home, sometimes she gets in there face to say hi, something she walks right by them

dislikes: she doesn’t love being in her crate or left alone but settles in after a few minutes
ideal home: she would do best in a home with a dog that would want to play with her, dogs and cats that don’t mind her in their face saying hello, people to snuggle with her
