Betsy

3/6/23 – Please welcome Betsy! Betsy was turned over to us by a breeder so that she can enjoy life as a family pet!

3/21/23 – Betsy had surgery today and all went well. She was spayed, had her cherry eye tacked down, had her palate shortened, had her tonsils removed and had her nares widened.

3/26/23 – Betsy was spayed last Tuesday but somehow her internal spay stiches didn’t hold and then her staples popped and then her insides started falling out. We got to the emergency clinic at 10.30pm, they called in the on-call surgeon and she was out of surgery at 2am. The surgery went well and she is resting for a few days at the emergency clinic with 24 hour care.

3/29/23 – Betsy got to leave emergency clinic. She is feeling ok but is on strict crate rest, antibiotics and pain meds for the next two weeks.

4/7/23 – Betsy got her staples out, her ear infection has cleared up and has been cleared for adoption!

6/10/23 – Betsy has been adopted.  Congrats Betsy and Conforti family!
