1/27/24 – Please welcome Truvy! Truvy was adopted from the shelter recently but her adopter realized that she wasn’t exactly ready to be a bulldog owner. Truvy is with us now and getting a work up from our vet. We will do bloodwork and vaccinations and treat her for worms. She is already spayed.
1/28/24 – Truvy’s bloodwork showed that her kidney values are slightly elevated so we will monitor this and recheck her blook work in a few weeks.
2/26/24 – Truvy had her recheck the other day. She tested for a different type of worms so we are treating those, she also has bacteria in her urine so we are treating that. Her blood work showed that her kidney values are still elevated. We are scheduling an ultrasound to get a better look at her kidneys.
2/28/24 – Truvy had an ultrasound today and we confirmed that she has an kidney infection. We will treat for six weeks and recheck her bloodwork at that time. But we expect things will be cleared up at that time.
