Wookie was rescued from the Humane Society in Columbus GA in the spring of 2009.
Wookie chose the Kennedy family also of Columbus as his new fur-ever home, a few months later his name became Romeo.
Romeo was well loved by his family, particularly his Daddy.
Unfortunately, this past fall he was diagnosed with an aggressive sarcoma.
Romeo fought the battle valiantly but in the end, the pain was too much to bear.
Romeo was taken from us far too soon. We are thankful we had 18 months with our boy.
Romeo will be missed terribly.
