Miss LuLu – August 8th, 2018

6/5/14: Please welcome Miss LuLu!  She was found wondering the streets and is now a part of GEBR.  There was no success finding her owner and the microchip that she has is not registered.  Miss LuLu managed to swollow a beer bottle cap and a water bottle cap while looking for food on the streets.

We took her to see Dr. Ross on Friday and she began treating her skin, ear and eye issues.  She went back to see her on Tuesday for spay surgery and to remove the bottle caps.  She spent Tuesday night at GVS for observation post surgery.  So far she is doing well.  We will keep a close eye on her over the next week.

We do not have an estimated age on her at this time.  She seems to get along with the dogs in her foster home.  We do not know if she likes cats or children.

She will be adopted by her foster family once she fully recovers from her surgery.

Update 8/10/14:  Miss LuLu’s foster family signed the paperwork and made it official.  Congrats Miss LuLu!

Miss LuLu crossed over the rainbow bridge.

Rest In Peace Miss LuLu
