We extend our deepest sympathy to The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina after the loss of recently retired mascot, GENERAL. He was 11 years 8 months old. General has attending The Bully Ball a few years in a row and has always been a big supporter of Georgia English Bulldog Rescue
